We are currently seeking an experienced Exterior Technician
This position is headquarters out of our South Plainfield office, but will work at various sites throughout NJ
8-10 Years of previous work experience in a related field is preferred
responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair problems on the exterior of all buildings
- Able to perform carpentry, framing, roofing, windows, doors, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry & painting
- Complete assigned service requests and repairs
- Able to complete general maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Assist the maintenance Manager with organizing the property workload & supply orders as needed
- Assist with any other tasks that might be needed at the property
qualifications
Qualifications
- 8-10 years experience in a related field
- High School diploma preferred
- Ability to read, write & speak English
- Ability to communicate with all staff members in a professional manner
