Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 5,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 10,000 units in the next five years.

We're currently seeking an Acounts Payable Specialist to work at our Corporate office in Piscataway, NJ
responsibilities
- Maintain invoice log to track submissions, distribution and approvals
- Dispute/resolve billing discrepancies
- Process invoice entries into Timberline
- Respond to subcontractor/vendor inquiries
- Maintain check reports for CFO and preparing checks for release
- Create subcontractor/vendor accounts and maintain insurance files
qualifications
Previous Experience Desired:
- Sage/Timberline preferred
- Excel Proficient
Education:
- High School Diploma
