Position Summary
This role is for someone who wants more than a job. We're building something real - a portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial projects across New Jersey - and we're looking for a Civil Engineer who wants to be a core part of that story. The right candidate thrives when no two days look the same, takes pride in watching their work go from napkin sketch to ribbon cutting, and wants to work in an environment where growth is expected, not optional.
This team moves fast and operates across multiple asset classes on genuinely complex projects. The manager leading this group has deep field experience and is hands-on - expect real collaboration, direct feedback, and active investment in your development. The best engineers here don't just execute; they contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and make the work better. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
