We're currently seeking a full time Project Manager Assistant
This person will work at Various Locations but be based out of South Plainfield, NJ
This position is Monday thru Friday 7:30AM – 3:30PM

Responsibilities
Commercial Division as a Project Manager Assistant
- Assisting & Overseeing construction of commercial fit-ups
- Assisting to Schedule manpower required on field projects
- Work with Construction Supervisor to ensure the project stays on schedule
- Do material take-offs, schedule equipment and order materials needed
- Correspond with the Subcontractors and the State for Inspections
- Assisting and Insuring work is performed according to permit drawings
- Overall, assisting to take care of jobsites

- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must Pass Drug and Background Check
