We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician
This position is headquarters out of our South Plainfield office, but will work at various sites throughout NJ
5-7 Years of previous work experience in a related field is preferred
responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair problems in such areas as HVAC, Plumbing, Major Appliance, Boilers, water features (pools, spas etc.) & Waste Management Systems (a plus)
- Assist the Maintenance manager with organizing & prioritizing the property workload
- Maintain, Track & Order Inventory as needed
- Install or replace hot water tank
- Must be able to use plumbing appropriate tools & capable of soldering
- Assist with any other tasks that may be needed at the property

Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in a related field
- Highschool diploma preferred
- Ability to read, write & speak English
- Ability to communicate with all staff members in a professional manner
