We're currently seeking a Commercial Construction Supervisor for our multi-family and commercial portfolio of properties, with at least 5 years of industry experience.

Candidate will work full-time at various locations in the central Jersey area.

responsibilities

Assist in Commercial Division as a Commercial Construction Supervisor

Oversee construction of commercial fit-ups
Schedule manpower required on field projects
Work with Project Manager to ensure the project stays on schedule
Do material take-offs, schedule equipment and order materials needed
Record all deliveries, delays, RFIS
Correspond with the Subcontractors and the State for Inspections
Insure work is performed according to permit drawings
Maintain Job site Cleanliness, Take Care of the Jobsite
