EP’s Design Team is known for creating exceptional amenities spaces for our luxury residential portfolio, that emphasizes a “hotel living experience.”

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to work in our collaborative team environment. 

You will work on projects such as exclusive bars and lounges, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art fitness centers, game rooms and more!

Our Junior Designer will provide essential design and technical support for the design team while working closely with senior staff to develop design and deliverables for various projects.  

They must hold a collaborative attitude, be a creative thinker with a solid understanding of interior design standards, and capable of producing unique concepts. 

They will work with architects, designers and construction personnel through all project phases on a wide array of project types, sizes and complexities.

Assist in the preparation of:

  • Updating and correction of CAD drawings
  • Space plans, elevations, and millwork drawings
  • Presentation documents for design review meetings and ownership approvals
  • Coordination and preparation of files
  • Graphics
  • Furniture, fixture and accessory specifications
  • Color and material boards
  • 3D modeling
  • FF&A sourcing
  • Resource organization


2+ Years previous related experience

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Required Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from an accredited program/school
  • Required Software –AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Additional Preferred (but not required) Software- Adobe Creative Suite, 3DS Max
  • Commercial and/or Multi-Family Residential design knowledge preferred
  • Millwork detailing knowledge
  • Construction knowledge preferred
